Pulpitis (inflammation of the dental pulp that may develop infection, often painful) is caused mainly by deep cavities, injuries and traumatism that affect the pulp tissue of the teeth (including the nerve). The treatment to such problem is performed by a specialist that will eliminate the pain (if present) and restore the normal function of the teeth, he will revert the pulp inflammatory process (if reversible) or totally remove the pulp content from the teeth and filling the empty decontaminated chamber with bio-compatible materials.
